Default Best Poker Advice ever?

Ok, I want everyone to put down what the best poker advice they have ever received. You can put the situation, or just a sentence, I think this would be a good learning thread also

Don't play poker

Given that a huge majority of people lose money playing poker this is sound advice for anyone. I just chose not to follow it [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

Ok....I will add some content to this thread, best advice ever - 'you should not be cold calling many hands, either re-raise or fold' (or something similar to that from HEFAP) - example where it paid off - last night 20-40 live str8 forward player open raised from MP, folded to me, I reraise with AQs, folds around - flop comes all blanks - I bet he folds'......

Play fewer hands, and play those hands more agressively.
