Definitely. AK, JJ, QQ are the most natural hands to want to do this with; worse hands like, well almost any PP, if villian is a recreational gambler.

I know you'll note him up if he does this with AA or KK.

I'm happy to go broke with Queens here.
If you run into AA or KK so be it, at least you havn't waited a whole SNG to do exactly the same thing and finish in 4th or 5th.

That said, I don't play at stars, so YMMV.

He could be like me. I just wanted to raise to 175 in a party SNG, but I accidently raised to 715.

Pretty much agreed here. Sometimes you'll see a value - overbetter here esp in the turbos - over betting AA /KK trying to take QQ for a ride...

(Like that guy in the WSOP who raised to $1000 with the blinds at 25 25)

I've played some turbos that way....but I don't think you can fold with that like 1 in 10 chance (or less...)

Easy push. NH.

I would push here but I'm not shocked to get called by villain with AK.

I fold JJ/TT here, I dislike getting involved in pots with hands that are potentially way behind or racing versus pot committing re-raises. Of course sometimes you push and they call with 77 but I say that is not often enough to justify a push here.

That is just me though.

I push and expect to see AK, 99-JJ the majority of the time. A few times you will see AA/KK. But an equal amount of times you'll see a 55/AJs/XX hand from some gambooling donk just feeeling frisky.

JJ I think I still push. TT is where it gets real iffy for me personally.
