He was stealing with 69s and capping flops/turns with TP/NK when shown a lot of aggression by solid TAGs. His play was very LAG at times and I felt I likely had the best hand PF or at the very worst was facing an underpair.

Ok, just making sure this wasn't standard. (If BB is reasonable, he'll have like {99+, AQs+, AKo} here and you're 37% against that range.)

. . . you really should post it with the original hand post.

Depending on his river play tendencies and how much I can trust my reads of those tendencies, I'd either be calling down the turn C/R or calling the turn and raising the river.
