DrG is a very good player. but based on the fact that he bought in for $12345 and he likes to talk in all caps and we're home town friends, i think his 3betting range may be slightly larger then he would agaisnt an unknown with my stats (25/20ish for 6max)

1) no.

2) pretty sure he's not 3betting with a worse hand on the river. plus every single draw ever got there.

1) Easy bet. He's checking behind hands you beat but that he would call a bet with.

2) I'd bet/call the river. As you played it, I don't know what to do. If you think there's a decent chance he's getting fresh with you, you have to call. But you are probably beat.

My standard line in hand 1 would to bet as well. However, what hands do you think he's checking behind that he would call a bet with? I can only think of *possibly* like JJ or something like that.

hand 1:

if rory 3bet AQ, he's drawing dead. he might call on a A or Q river. if he's got QQ-JJ, drawing to 2 outs isn't too big a deal. i think i can bet call a Q river and check call a J river (maybe inducing a bluff) if the turn goes check check, and he might call a river blank with QQ-JJ.

also, if he has AA i save a bet because i am not good enough to fold to a turn raise there from basically anyone

if you think he will fold TT/JJ to a turn bet a turn check seems like a reasonable line. This is assuming he either bets turn or checks it and calls the river. Am i missing something? If he thinks your capping range is like 99+, AJ+ or something you should definitely be betting.

How about KQ? Even KJs... Keep in mind that hero's capping range is probably wider than normal here, and rory knows this.

1) Bet... but I think I see an argument for not betting, but I still like betting more.
2) c/r looks good, but I think you can safely fold to a 3bet here.
