I know I should go out to harrah's if possible, but I am staying down near the arch and am not going to have a car. What games/limits are normally spread during friday-saturday during the day at the President boat??

[/ QUOTE ]

Don't go to the President, it sucks. Ameristar is nice and I haven't been to Harrahs.

When I was at the President they only had 1-4-8-8 holdem with 1 and 2 dollar blinds. The dealers were terribly slow and the players were your typical card room regulars. It was not a fun experience.

their response was take the tram to the airport and we have a shuttle from the airport or take a $50 cab. Both of those options sound thrilling.

ok stupid question I should know the answer to... but don't.

What is the casino over on the east side, the casino queen? I don't know anything about their games, shuttles, security, etc, but it might be another option. Anyone ever been over there?

Yep, she's called the Casino Queen.

no poker over there last time I saw it, Doc - it's Illinois, not Missouri -

obscenely shitty part of town too - nothing there worth looking at or dealing with.

Default NL/PL games spread during week?

very lovely ladies in Sauget......plus the best brats and hamburgers you can find at 5am in the parking lots. Any NL/PL games spread during the week at Harrahs or Ameristar? I haven't played at either yet and need something to do on Thursdays inparticular.

Mike
