Default Determining if the Blinds have a premium hand?

I'm trying to determine when there are still two people left to act, whether they have a premium hand (AA, KK, AK, AQ, QQ)? I'm not sure what math forumla is necessary for determining this. Could someone please post the formula. I also would like to determine the same question if there are three players left to act. thanks in advance.

Seems like you are referring to "bunching" theory.

See Mason's post in the Magazine as to why most SSHE
players do not need to worry about this phenomenon.
