Default Flush draw + overcards squeeze play?

This hand comes from a six-handed 2/4 limit game at UB. My main goal in this hand was to try to isolate and play heads up with the maniac, because that would give me the greatest chance of winning the pot if one of my overcards paired. On the other hand, I've got a good flush draw if others stay in the pot.

How do you think I should play this? I welcome comments about my play on all streets as I am trying to learn how to become a more effective low stakes limit player.

Reads: UTG is a maniac par excellence. Plays lots of hands, have seen him make raise-bluffs and check-raise bluffs and then fold for one bet on the river. UTG+2 is fairly solid.

Pre-flop:
UTG calls.
UTG+1 raises to $4.
C/O folds
Button folds
SB (Hero) calls with Kc Qc.
BB calls.

Flop (board: 2c 6c 8d):

Hero checks. BB checks. UTG bets
$2. UTG+1 calls. Hero raises to $4. BB
folds. UTG re-raises to $6. UTG+1 calls.
Hero re-raises to $8. UTG calls. UTG+1
calls.

Turn (board: 2c 6c 8d Qs):

Hero checks. UTG bets $4. UTG+1 calls.
Hero raises to $8. UTG re-raises to $12.
UTG+1 calls. Hero calls.

River (board: 2c 6c 8d Qs 5d):

Hero checks. UTG bets $4. UTG+1 calls.
Hero calls.

How would you play it?

I'd probably bet the flop. I don't know how much good capping the flop does, as your overcards may be a little dirty and there is a possibility that UTG+1 is calling all the way with the nut flush draw.

Turn check-raise is good. If you feel that UTG is just lagging it up I think a turn cap might be significantly +EV, particularly if UTG+1 is on clubs.

River check-call looks nice. Get UTG+1's overcall. If he folds a river check-raise might be good if you really think you have villain beat.
