They are both now rebuy/add-on events with the same entry fee.

They are a $100 R/A and a $250+20 R/A.

I'm not sure this means the end of the overlays--although it probably does. It's at least possible that the new format will draw many fewer players (who can't afford such a big tourney), and the prize pool will still end up short of the guarantee.
