Re: Cover Contest: Getting Started in Hold \'em -- Second Try
These covers are absolutely incredible. I love all of them. This is easily the best first post I've EVER seen. Congratulations on designing such beauties!

Awesome. I hope your multiple great entries don't get a diluted vote. I pick the blue one with the Big Fat Chips!

[ QUOTE ]
trace pretty good typesetting... but im pretty sure the images underneath are from Getty Images. In which case, they need to be purchased to avoid potential lawsuits. [/ QUOTE ] Thanks, The images are royalty free images from a stockhouse, (except one, if that design is chosen i could shoot it myself.) I already own the cd that all the rest of the images came on so we don't have to worry about lawsuits. |

Opus, this cover is really nice, but just one question: What is that thing over the cards?

Opus, this cover is really nice, but just one question: What is that thing over the cards? [/ QUOTE ] I presented that question to my roomate. He says the rotated "M" is supposed to represent a hand holding the cards. I also wondered what it was when I first saw it. |

Re: Cover Contest: Getting Started in Hold \'em -- Second Try
My requirements:
1- A revolver 2- A hold'em hand at showdown (5 card board, 2 or more hands in competition) - ironic/cruel twist of fate a must. Meet these requirements and you get my vote (not that my vote actually matters in this contest). tg |
