Re: Dell 9300 Notebook
I really love my 9300 at 1900x1200.
No problem seeing the tables at all (I would be a little worried at 1900x1200 on a 15" screen...but have been told that it's really not that bad). The thing is definitely bigger than a regular laptop. It does indeed look like a monster compared with the teeny-tiny ones. but I travel with it all the time and it's fine. It doesn't quite fit all the way into my regular size laptop bag so I can't zip it. No big deal. But i take it to the wifi-internet coffee-place all the time and it's great. It is only 2 or 3 inches or so wider than a 'regular' size laptop. So the increased size isn't exactly the end of the world regarding its portability. But it sure makes a difference in comfortability and viewing imo. |

Re: Dell 9300 Notebook
my 6000 was 1280 after the 750 off 1899 coupon at fatwallet.com (which may end tomorrow...). I got the WUXGA screen, 80 gig HD, 128 mb x300 vid card upgrade, 1 gig of ram, and the audigy 2zs pcmcia notebook soundcard. I also upgraded the proc to the cheapest 533 fsb one.
