TP decent kicker, did I play this right?

I recently invested in Poker Tracker, and it tells me Villian is 62/10 after 40 hands.

Party Poker 0.50/1 Hold'em (10 handed) internettexasholdem.com

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
4 folds, Hero calls, MP3(Villain)/ calls, 3 folds, BB checks.

Flop: (3.50 SB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, Villain raises, BB folds, Hero 3-bets, Villain calls.

I'm thinking maybe I should have just called.

Turn: (4.75 BB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, Villain calls.

Again, too aggresive?

River: (6.75 BB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, Villain calls.

Final Pot: 8.75 BB

Results in white below: 
Hero has Qh Jc (one pair, jacks).
Villain has Ac Jd (one pair, jacks).
Outcome: Villain wins 8.75 BB.

First off, don't open-limp QJo preflop. Either you're late enough to be open-raising it, or you should muck it. If you're in late position, and there are a number of limpers, then a limp is ok.

I think the rest of the hand is perfect. Don't include the results (I didn't look at 'em, anyhoo).

First off, fold preflop. I'd play this suited, but not unsuited in this position.

I guess you are ahead since he doesnt raise you again. JT is a possible holding. Turn and river ok I guess.

You lost money not because you played the turn and river bad, but because you made a loose preflop call imo. It'd also be nice to know his agression factor. If it's very low (.8 or lower maybe?) im not betting, because he's not raising you with [censored] on the flop. Basically, if he just called the flop, i'd keep betting. If he raised me on the flop, i'd just check call most likely.

grunch. Fold preflop, QJ from mp isn't a hand I like to limp with. I like the flop bet/3-bet though, and I like the rest of the line.

Most will say "don't post the results, as it colors the discussion." I agree, and now that I've looked at the results, yeah, this is exactly why I don't like QJ.

About villain: 40 hands isn't a lot, but 62% vpip is obviously ridiculous. Include his AF next time.
