Default Set facing raise from pre-flop raiser in Party 3/6 NL

New to table so no reads. This hand gave me trouble.

Pre-flop note: The first time the hand came around to me it was a no-brainer to call the BB in position with a pair. Although I don't really like calling raises with a pair of 3s, when it came back to me after the raise I was getting a good price, closing the action, and had position.

** Dealing Flop ** : [ 2c, 3h, 9d ]
upstegrlspr checks.
pauillac checks.
arubio3 bets (6)
HERO calls (6)
upstegrlspr calls (6)
pauillac calls (6)

FLOP Note: I expected the pre-flop raiser to raise this weak bet and I could come over the top. Plan didn't work out with his call.

** Dealing Turn ** : [ 8s ]
upstegrlspr checks.
pauillac checks.
arubio3 bets (20)
HERO raises (100) to 100
upstegrlspr raises (200) to 200
pauillac folds.
arubio3 folds.
HERO ???

Turn note: This was a tough decision for me. Against a range of hands of AA-KK, 99-88 I'm a 2-1 favorite. Take away KK and I'm about even money. Throw in the possibility of a bluff and it seems like I've got odds to play this out but I'm a little lost.

What's your game plan from this point on, and comments on previous streets?

I think I'd raise the flop & hope PF raiser check-raised me, then I could call & it would be easier to get it all in on the turn.

As you played it it depends whether he can release an overpair if you push here. If he can then I would probably just call and raise all-in on the river.

Although I didn't have a read on any of the players, my default in this game is that they will not lay down an overpair on a board like this. That was the reason behind my line on the flop of check-raising him.
