Dracula: "The luckiest man in the world is he who finds true love."

Madison County: "It seems right now that all I've ever done in my life is making my way here to you."

Shakespeare in love: "I will have poetry in my life. And adventure. And love. Love above all. No...not the artful postures of love, not playful and poetical games of love for the amusement of an evening. but love that...overthrows life. Unbiddable, ungovernable, like a riot in the heart, and nothing to be done, come ruin or rapture."

Four weddings: "In the words of David Cassidy, while he was still with The Partridge Family, I believe.....I think I love you."

Sleapless in Seattle:
"Well, it was a million tiny little things that, when you add them all up, they meant that we were supposed to be together.....and I knew it. I knew it the very first time I touched her. It was like coming home.....only to no home I'd ever known. I was just taking her hand to help her out of a car and I knew. It was like.....magic."

And of course, when Harry Met Sally:
"I came here tonight because when you realize you want to spend the rest of your life with somebody, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible."

Damn fine thread here, OP.

"Squeal, piggy!"

Or if that's inappropriate, there's this gem from "Wild at Heart":

Baby, you'd better get me back to that hotel. You got me hotter than Georgia asphalt.

"As you wish."

Another good one might be "I have to see about a girl."

This would be a lot easier if there were more information about the bride and groom in question. There are a million romantic movie quotes, but one that is either of a movie they know and love, or one that describes a relevant situation would be better.
