Default Ok let me have it - what did you think about this bust out hand

The 3 bettor was pretty aggressive, his range of hands probably included any pair, and any 2 big cards. With the blind coming round and so much of my stack out there, I just decided to gamble to try and get a playable stack. A lot of the time I figured I'd have 6 pair outs and the back door flush. I think in NL I might have just shoved it all in preflop anyway.

Comments?

I'm not going to lie and say I agreed with your play.

I think you were getting too desperate still WAY too early. The blinds only total up for 4500 and it might even be folded to you.

The raise preflop maybe, but the push on the flop is totally unjustified. It shows weakness and if he is really that aggressive of a player, he will smell your weakness and call you down.

DOn't get impatient and think you have to make a move until you TOTALLY have too.

i think patience would have served you much better here. of course, to know what and when the next pay level is may change my opinion.

I have to go in with my next blind regardless of what I have. If I fold I'm gambling anyway on getting a hand in time at least gambling this way I get some decent chips. There is 0 chance of it being folded to me.
