People have posted wildly optimistic guesses that suggest they think you will win 1/3 of your SNGs. Sorry, but no one has claimed to be able to do anything close to that for $30 SNGs. The people who have guessed under 100 might as well have guessed 20.
I think it will take 150-170, but a few other people have guessed numbers in that range, so I'll say 173. Guessing much higher than this is not worthwhile since your ROI has to be positive for you to pay. So, no one say 174, please.
