SNG tracker help!

I'm having trouble with SNG tracker...I used this software over my last 2k tourneys but I just found out that every now and then SNG tracker will not record one of my tournaments. Does anyone have any idea what may be the problem? It's not the case that Poker Tracker removes the hand histories before SNG tracker can get to them since I've checked that all ready.

Also, can someone be helpful enough to provide a link to any other popular spreadsheet programs or files that are used for SNG tracking? Thanks.

1- read the FAQ
2- post the exact error that prevents the sng from computing.

The reason I have found is that sometime during the game you lose your connection, so if you remove any of the table closed messages except at the end of the tourney it should work.
