Default questionable pre-flop call

10-20 game

I am on the button with 56s
It is capped (four bet) to me in an absolutely wild and crazy game in which there are many loose agressive maniac players, a few drunks and two solid regulars. By the time it gets to me, there are five players that are in for four bets and the blinds are both getting ready to toss their chips in. Is this a terrible call? There is a legitimate three bet by one sane player, but i have seen him attempt this to isolate the same player earlier with hands like 77, KJ.

The problem is that in such a game it's likely to be capped again on the flop and on the turn. With 6-5s I want to get in cheap and be able to get to the river cheaply.

I'd fold as soon as I saw the 6 without even looking at the second card.

You absolutely cannot call here... not even close. 65s depends heavily on implied odds... and yours are shot to hell faced with calling four bets cold.
