Default avg. 1500 hands a day, am i sick

I'm generally four tabling, and have recently stopped giving poker the necessary attention it deserves when i play. This can yield drastic consequences when playing four tables. Examples involve me getting up to get a drink and coming back to folded JJ's or KK's or something. The numerous little mistakes add up over the sample sizes and am wondering firstly, if any of you make similar numerable mistakes? If so, then do you think that these mistakes are outweighted when compared to the value gained by hands seen per hour? I know for a fact i don't play better and get very few reads on players.. but this should all be weighed in. Any thoughts?
