Default AJ, TPTK, Did I wuss out?

The table was nice and loose and was fairly passive, so this hand seemed REALLY strange. I assumed he hit a low two pair on the flop, or maybe had KJ. When the turn was capped I just assumed I was facing a set and called on the river.

I think you needed to slow down on the turn.

I'm not sure about 3-betting a passive player after he check-raises you. Same with the turn, ease off on the gas.

Yeah, my guess is a set. Go into check/call mode on the turn.

erm...i misread that. actually, i'd probably just call the villain's 3-bet and then check/call the river.

No stats, out of school for Spring Break and I haven't installed PT on my parents computer. He had overplayed a hand or two while I was watching, but hadn't shown a lot of aggression.

Looking back on it, hand is one reason why results should never be posted, since I probably wouldn't have gotten the responses I got if I included villain showing J3o. Looking back I really should have expected a set, and just called down after the flop unless I filled up on the river.
