I find the Lobster subs at D'Angelo's a bit
too expensive, although they are a nice
change from an Italian.

ROI = exp (-2 * BR * EV/VAR)

BR = Bankroll, probably easiest measured in BB
EV = Winrate, measure it in BB/100 hands
Var = Variance = Standard Deviation squared.
