I have a leak that a lot of former limit players have.
I pay off the river like an ATM!

Once in a blue moon I fold on the river in limit.
This is correct in limit.

But....

I'm finding this is a bad habit in NL.

with villain that shallow of a stack I don't see getting away. Puke call. I don't see how you could be ahead though given that a bare ace would probably just call but I realisticaly can't get away

This is assuming a pretty small range of hands from the button. Why couldn't he have AJ, AT, KQ, KJ, QQ, JJ to open this pot preflop in late postion?

Though experience seems to tell me that him pushing over the top on the river is likely bad news for the hero, It seems more likely that he only has trip aces than a boat.

I played a similar hand few weeks ago except I caught my card on the river... I called but sure enough was beat, and punched myself afterwards because it was really pretty damn obvious I was beat... slowplaying is so very common on these stakes
