Default river play question

with a very strong hand in which you are 99% sure you are ahead on the river, if you're OOP, will you bet for value most of the time or will you check and hope for a bet to check-raise? could be somewhat player dependent, but alot of times even aggressive people like a cheap river considering the action on prior streets.

Default Re: river play question

Bet. Many people like free showdowns with marginal to decently strong holdings with a good sized pot already.
