Default This doesn\'t happen a lot, but how do you play this?

no specific reads; table seems pretty weak-tight. I must look like a rock because my cards are coming real cold.

I usually bet this turn if not capping the flop first.

figured villain for top pair and a draw, which looks like it came on the turn. I figure I've outdrawn him for a split, and he shows down Q9 to take it. damn. I don' know if I can play the flop that aggressively there. I feel like I'd regularly be paying people's 2 pair off

usually i will cap the flop.
if he then leads the flop i will call down, otherwise i will bet the turn.

after he checks the turn, i'd bet.

i definitely call the river.

With this knowledge you can see what being aggressive on the flop and betting the turn was the correct play. Don't give them credit for hands they don't have yet.

Would you fold if you bet the turn and villain raised?

It would certainly cross my mind. Depends, at that point you're spending 2BBs to win 10BBs, the chance he's bluffing or you forfeit two-pair makes it calldownable IMO.
