Fold this preflop. A suited ace with a weak kicker doesn't like to be heads up against a preflop raiser (especially coming in from UTG. It's a hand that likes unraised pots with lots of limpers. An excellent preflop guide for NL can be found here.

Bet the flop. That T means you cannot give a free card here, because a number of hands have gutshots.

I'm not folding to that turn bet getting 18-1 (lol), but I'm definitely not giving him much action on the river either. A bet like that smells. He might be making a small bet w/ KK or JJ here though. Call and see if his river action is consistent with that possibility.

River: Ok, this is 100% donk slowplaying pocket aces. Fold.
