Question regarding Account and NETeller

Say I open up an Empire Account with my mother's personal info, can I use my Neteller account to fun that Empire account as long as I do not have another Empire account connected to that Neteller account?

neteller is pissy about other people using someone elses account. I think as long as your e-mail addresses match at empire and at your neteller it should work.
