live hand--my AA gets R and RR on flop by semi-lags

MP, BB both play the majorty of their hands. MP chases like crazy but reads hands pretty good and has good feel for when he's drawing dead. BB is really aggressive, and pretty donkish.

checked to me, I bet, MP raises, CO folds, SB folds, BB 3bets, hero???

Plan for the rest of the hand?

Edit: neither villian is particulariy crazy post flop. They both like to bluff if checked to, but I'm really not sure about spots like this. MP probably just has a jack. I'm not really sure if BB would try to push me off my overpair with AJ, KJ, QJ, etc.
