Greg (and anyone else) how would you play the 99 instead of KQ?
If the situation was reversed, you had 99 on the button, how would you play?
Flat call, reraise, fold? |

There are valid reasons for all 3 actions. A reraise commits you to the hand, pretty much. So, it's one of those things where you win now when you're ahead, but often lose a lot when you're beat now. Calling offers the most options, and I think would be my choice in that spot most of the time. Folding isn't ridiculous at all, given the difficulty of playing the hand well for a call or a raise. It just seems too tight for the stack sizes and level of action right then.
