Looks fine to me, but I would either fold this hand on third or complete and try to take the antes. You pretty much have a one way hand

Yea, I limp ALOT in tourneys and I'm not always sure when to put the raise in on 3rd especially at loose tables.

At a loose passive table, I'm not sure if raising is right because your chances of taking the antes is very small. Folding this hand seems like it's too tight, especially if players are limping around (and calling raises) with kings on the board. I think a limp here is appropriate, getting ready to jam fourth if things fall favorably.
