Default Diet

In order to maximize poker ability should I be eating exclusively fish for dinner? How about the odd meal where I eat shark? Would a diet that includes sharks maximize my profit at the tables that much more?

Should I eat the odd rock as a snack as well?

I think you mean "eat", but I love eating steak, but I don't see how that helps me when I'm sitting at the table, and I assume it would be better to have a variety of fish like Tuna, Salmon, Trout, Catfish, Bass, even Karp over just tuna forever

be careful not to eat too much fish because you might get mercury poisoning. tuna is especially high in mercury, so watch out!

Yea, so basically 3 cans of tuna a day is generally frowned upon

Don't eat Mexican or other spicy foods. Avoid lots of beans.
