Screwing the screwplay
I'm posting this more for fun/brag, but I think there might be some interesting discussion about the flop call here.
Party 10/20 game. SB is a LAG whose play is a bit erratic. Folded to him in the SB, he raises and I call with Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. Flop is Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. SB bets, and I call. Turn is the 6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. SB checks, I bet, he raises, I 3-bet and he calls. (Hence the title of this post.) River is the K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. SB checks, I bet, he calls. To try to add content to this post, what do you think would be a good range for SB's turn screwplay (if he was a good player)? If I were a random TAG, how likely is it that my turn 3-bet is less than two pair here? |
