Harrington on Hold\'em
I had had a terrible April. My game had gone to Hell and I could not identify the leak. I read a post that quoted Harrington and it got me thinking.
I went out and bought the book yesterday and read the first 50 pages. It helped me to identify my leak. I played last night and today and have had winning sessions on three sites. I paid $30 for the book and made 8 times its cost in a day. For any NLHE player it should be a must. cat923 |

Find the 2+2 book which best discusses variance. That's a lesson you still need to learn.

I second that. That book, by the way, is probably Gambling Theory and Other Topics by Malmuth.

Staying pre flop in the Small Blind too much. Not watching position when multi tabling.

Re: Harrington on Hold\'em
Ah, I gotcha I think. The poster wrote "multitabling" to mean multitable tournaments? I thought he was referring to playing several ring tables at once, online (the way I've commonly seen it used).
I play both tourneys and ring games, btw. -ptmusic |
