IT took 7 days to cashout from Intertops!

This has to be some kind of record.
I know these guys are slow but 7 days is pushing it.
Considering I get my Party/Empire Cashouts in 2hrs.

And it wasnt even the first time I cahsed out with them.
Surely Intertops will be the first party skin to go under!

try emailing a few complaints - might be a coincidence, but the cash out I requested on the 23rd arrived in Neteller a couple of hours after I started whinging at them!

Still waiting for the one I requested on the 25th though ;-(

I cashed out on the 23rd from InterTops Poker to the sportsbook. I cashed out from the sportsbook on the 24th. On the 25th, the status on InterTops shows "sent to Neteller".

Forward to today and it still has not hit Neteller and I have a zero balance on InterTops. I called them on Sunday and they said they were having slow cash outs lately. They said it was still in a pending status and to check back in 24-48 hours. I told them I was in no hurry, just wanted to make sure the money was not lost somewhere.

It still has not hit Neteller.

I also am waiting for an Intertops cashout, though I only cashed out of the sportbook Sunday afternoon. Absolute is the worst I've dealt with so far. Cashed out of there Friday night and it didn't hit Neteller until late last night.

Must be nice not to be in a hurry. Im waiting for $700 so I can do the party reload. Something tells me Im not going to get it. This has to be the slowest party skin and like OP I think they will fail first. I mean being backed by a sportsbook is nice but if you cant please your customers enough to play there above say an Empire or Party then why would you support such a business. I know one thing, once I clear my bonus, up or down, im witdrawing what is left and not looking back (unless another 5x bonus comes around) [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

I cashed out from Intertops poker on Wed. of last week. The money hit the Sportsbook on Thurs, and I cash out from there to Neteller on that day. Immediate zero balance on Intertops, nothing in Neteller as of Saturday.

Sent Intertops an e-mail Saturday, got the canned response about technical problems with Neteller. Monday, nothing, sent another e-mail. This is Tuesday, still no money, and no response to my e-mail of yesterday.

These are classic signs of cash-flow problems. Someone posted above that they have a solid Sportbook behind them. These are not public companies, and there is no evidence one way or the other as to how solid Intertops is. Running a Party skin has to be profitable, unless you are spending a ton on new customer acquisition that isn't working. I've seen no evidence of that, and the deposit bonuses should pay for themselves in rake. I would not jump to the conclusion that the Sportsbook is profitable, given the apparent cash-flow problems. The symptoms are that they have to wait until they get enough deposits this week to pay out last week's cashouts.

I, for one, am through with them. When and if I get this cashout, I am sending them an e-mail to cancel my acccount, and to keep the $0.75 left in it and hire another service rep. There are plenty of other sites to whore, and Intertops is not worth the aggrevation for me, not mention the real possiblilty of losing my money.

Actually, I will probably keep the account open and idle, and wait for at least a few months to see if things improve. If they are in trouble, I would expect to see some more big reload bonuses very soon. I'll pass on those.

For what it's worth, I cashed out from the sportspook on the the 23rd from my initial signup. It hit my hit Neteller account on the 28th.....just in time for the reload. 5 days sucks, but I can't pass up on the damn bonuses.
