Default palace club in hawyard, ca

i found out that i only live like 10 minutes from here and they spread NLHE and PLO.

but i also heard that i will get stabbed 7 times in the parking lot before i'm allowed to leave.

anybody play here regularly and is it really that bad?

There's only been a couple robberies and a couple murders there this year, so it's on the up and up. All it needs is a bunch of folks shooting dice against a wall to complete the atmosphere.

Gross exaggeration. On good authority, the current record is 5 times, by George "Leaky" Hufnagle.

I lived about 5 minutes south of there for a few years. The cardroom itself is in a small downtown-ish area that isn't bad at all. (Although I didn't play at the cardroom, I did go to stores and restaurants in the area.) The surrounding neighborhoods aren't the greatest--- we occasionally thought we heard gunfire--- but Hayward is hardly the worst city for crime in the Bay Area, and the cardroom is probably not in the worst part of Hayward.

Last time I went there a couple months ago, they said the PLO game didn't go any more. The NL game was pretty sick, though.
