Default Bounties & Rebuy Strategies

Local home game structure:
NL, averages 20 players, $10 buy-in = 2,000, blinds start at 25/50 and double every 10 minutes.

Since we play 3-4 tournaments a night, we've been experimenting with 1 or 2 of them. Last week we played one tournament with rebuys until the 4th round of blinds began. We talked about having bounties for knocking players out ($1 or $5 were discussed--everyone would post the bounty on themselves). No one seemed interested in add-ons.

My question is, how should my play change in each scenario: rebuys and bounties. I know which players are going to push a lot and rebuy if they bust. Should I engage them more, less? I would rebuy if I busted, but I'd rather take advantage of the looser play to build my stack.
