That's no help.

Besides the flop, can you explain what's bad and why?

Getting 10.25:1 with a gutshot and two overs?

Preflop and the turn are the only two streets I feel good about.

Why did you bet the flop?

I wanted button to help me get rid of MP1. I wanted to fold any gutshot/pair/lone spade. I thought that by folding MP1 my equity would increase.

I saw a big pot, estimated I had a lot of outs, and thought to myself that I wanted to get rid of MP1. This is a bad way to think about poker. I should have realized that button is my real concern. My equity doesn't change too much whether MP1 folds or not. My flop bet is disgusting.

What do you think about the river raise?
Based on card frequency alone, he has AK here roughly 26% of the time. How often do you think he plays AK this way?

Against an aggressive opponent I am going to cap preflop here. Not capping screams my hand is weak and I raised in an attempt to isolate the limper.

If I had capped and played the hand like you did I would consider check-folding or check-calling the river based on whether I have been calling or folding rivers at this table.

Since you didn't cap the flop I would check call this river.

I think I would need something beyond his hand range to pull a move like this on the river. I.e. a very scary river card AND an opponnent I've seen fold for 1 bet in a big pot on the river. I don't think your flop bet was all that bad, after all you would love someone with AQ, KQ, AK, AT to fold which they might to a button raise, BUT then again if the button is raising the Q might be your only out anyways. Hopefully better online players than I will chime in.
