if i already deposited in PP is it to late to sign up for a rakeback system? if not which one would you suggest for PP?

Does anyone know if having an old play-money PP account would also disqualify a person from opening a new account under an affiliate?

a play money account can be tracked to an affiliate. if he uses the quick cash feature, he can xfer you $50 and then have your account tracked to him.
