Default Yankees over or undervalued

haven't been following baseball all that much this season, but maybe one of you guys could help me- are the yankees over-valued, under-valued, or right about where they should be, given that they're a good team that hasn't been playing up to their potential.

do the current lines reflect the fact that they're loaded with talent and in a wild card race (i.e. the should start playing much better)?

have their lines moved with their slumping, or have oddsmakers always assumed they will heat up soon?

It would be a rare game where they are undervalued, and a frequent event that they would be overvalued. Pay attention to the opening line and where it goes after it opens.
