I've only had objects thorn at me once - a seat change button hit me square in the chest. The player was ejected instantly and not allowed back for 90 days. He's been very nice ever since.

Saturday night I had an agitated Omaha player (redundant, I know) call me a "dirty mother f**ker" when I didn't bring a low card on the river. I told him "You drop another f-bomb and you'll be asked to leave....sir."

As for the OP, it's too bad the floor didn't back up the dealer in this situation. On hte other hand, dealers shouldn't put up with douche bags insulting them either. Nip the abuse in the bud so it doesn't continue or escalate.
