Default Too fast action online

I act too fast online without really thinking what's the best move. I do so much better in live games when I think at least a bit what's the best move. Online I feel pressure to make my move in 2secs because of the "social pressure" you know.... any advices mates?

Next session, play 50 consecutive hands and take exactly 5 seconds to make EVERY decision.

Play on Absolute. No one there seems to take less than 10 seconds to act.

Pressure to play faster? This isnt basket-weaving, you need to take your time.
