Cashing out at Party

So i recently started playing at Party again. I now want to take out some money but have a problem. I use Firepay, they wont cashout to firepay. They still have my old address and i have to fax in a utility bill to get it changed (this is far too much work)
I tried the checking account verification and they said they made 2 small deposits and I have to report what those are but it has been 4 days and no deposit has been made.

How do i get my scratch?
