I've gotten the impression that Vehn would come back if he were asked. He's been told that if he asks, he would be allowed back, but neither side is willing to cross that line. (Nor do I necessarily blame either side for not wanting to cross that line.)

once, he got banned for avoiding the profanity filter. He was then unbanned due to public outcry. I think he got banned a 2nd and final time for unsulting Annie Duke in the Wpt forum.
