Default Bad turn fold?

Is this turn fold as bad as it feels? Villain is pretty bad - like 60/5/1. He likes to pop the turn with above average hands like top pair/decent kicker. I figure I'm either splitting or paying off in this small pot.

Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (6 max, 4 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is BB with 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG calls, Button calls, 1 fold, Hero checks.

Flop: (3.50 SB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero bets, UTG calls, Button folds.

Turn: (2.75 BB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, UTG raises, Hero folds.

Final Pot: 5.75 BB

If he's 60 VP$IP and 1 aggro, he's reaallly aggressive. We're getting a little over 3 to 1 to call down, which I think is good.

this is the classic turn-donked-flopped-trips. Maybe I've been seeing it too much, but I don't think we're good here often enough.

I think he would very likely play a 9 or a Q this way. But looking at it again, I can't see him just calling the flop with a Q with a player behind him on the flop. So it seems like either he has a 9 or is semibluffing with something like JT, a small PP, Ace-high, or just junk. In the other hand that he played similarly to this he had raised me on the turn with top-pair and a weak kicker (K7 I think).
