I don't like the turn fold. You might be ahead here if he's betting something like 99 or TT. Plus, with implied odds you have odds to peel one more.
Raising the turn is not bad because:
1. You will probably get a free showdown.
2. If you catch, you make more money by betting again on the river.
3. People are scared of turn raises, so he might fold something that you beat.
4. But it would suck to get 3-bet [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

Sounds crazy, but against this opponent I think this could work as well, but I doubt he would have bet the turn if I raised the flop.
