Default Raising out of the SB

I recently found my SB raise % to be extremely high relative to preflop raise. (It's at 20% and my preflop raise is 19%)

I'm not sure what the cause of this is so I thought I'd ask what people are raising in this situation:

A loose player (say.. 45/10) limps UTG and you have a typical player in the BB. I am usually raising down to A8o here, A4s, KJo, KTs, QJs, and pairs down to 55.

I also may be raising a bit too much with 2 limpers to me. Here I'm raising ATo, A9s, KQo, KJs, QJs, 88.

Any thoughts on these 2 situations?
