This text messaging thing is starting to grow on me

Although I have been skeptical of text messaging in the past, I am starting to realize that it can be a very useful tool in the early stages dating/trying to hook up with a chick. Some of the advantages of text messages are:
- The dialogue is short and sweet
- No awkwardness
- You can respond or not respond to a text messge at your leisure
- You can take your time coming up with something clever and flirtacious to say
- You can send a drunken text message with less danger of saying something stupid than with a phone call

Of course text messaging can become gratutious, but if used in moderation I think it can be a good thing. Chicks seem to really dig the late night night flirtacious text mesages.
