I think this is a prima network decision... I wouldnt blame bet 365 exclusively... their support staff has been pretty quick, always helpful, the software is good, and the bonus is great... ill keep playing there honestly...

I've sent their customer service 2 e-mails and have received no response in over 48 hours. I also phoned their customer service and could barely understand their thick UK accent. I still haven't received my 100.00 initial deposit bonus. [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]
