I was taken by surprise when someone with the SN of pearljam would ask this question. Yea, I stereotype way too much.
Try and get it from the friendliest source possible, if none of your close friends and associates dabble in such things, surely a friend of a friend etc. must be within your reach. Pulling a "hey mister" in this type or situation is something you want to avoid, IMHO. Good luck.

The California laws are great. Around my neighborhood, the local entertainment newspapers have ads from doctors who can make up a painful condition for you if you don't already have one. 'Back pain' is nice and nonspecfic.
Too bad I trainwrecked my life with that [censored]. Y'all shouldn't be a-smokin' it.
