As far as I can tell, you can order directly from the person facilitating the group buy, bostonpokerchips Chiptalk.net itself is only a forum for discussing chips, not a retailer. I believe this buy is still going on, but you'd have to check the threads, including this one: another WSOP replica thread.

But you may need to be a member (eg, register for the forum) to access the discussions...

correct. chiptalk is just a forum, and hosts no group buys. you do need to register to see some forums.
