Ive been playing online for a few months on party and i want to spread my bankroll onto other sites. 1.how do i go about starting a netteller account? 2.what sites do i guys reccomend?

Go to Neteller's website. Set up an account with them. Withdraw to it from Party. Call Neteller. That's all you have to do.
