I think your tens are clean giving you 2 outs.
The 7's won't do you any good.
I also don't think 9's are of that much help either. If you think your opponents will chase a gutshot, you'll lose a lot of money if you hit your straight, but someone else has a queen for the higher straight.

I think the only thing you want in this situation is a 10 and there's not enough money in the pot to chase that.
